What we collect

Email alerts: if you sign up for alerts we store your email address and any preferences you provide (specialty, neighbourhood) so we can send you notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Correction reports: if you report a correction we store your message and, if you choose to provide it, your email address for follow-up.

Analytics & advertising: we may use analytics tools and advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) that use cookies or similar technologies. These partners have their own privacy policies, and you can control cookies through your browser settings. Ad personalization, where offered, can be managed via Google's ad settings.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We never ask for, store, or want your health information — please don't include health details in correction reports or emails.

Data location and retention

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. To have your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.
